About Teen Maze
The #1is2Many Teen Maze is an interactive simulation activity that teens will advance through based on the scenario they receive. During the Maze, teens will not have a “choice” about the decisions they “make” regarding Risky Behaviors like prescription drug use and abuse, alcohol use, texting and driving and more. In this simulation, students are victims of CHANCE and must experience whatever happens to them, but of course, in real life they have choices to make! This event is designed to heighten awareness and provoke thought regarding some of the important decisions that teens have to make. Teens will be encouraged to learn from their peers’ experiences in the Maze and to discuss their experiences with their parents.
Our partners for this event include Southstar Ambulance, W.H. Mays Mortuary, Wright One Paint and Body, Mackey Entertainment, Richmond County Health Department, Richmond County Marshal’s Office, Juvenile Court, Richmond County Fire Department, Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority, Springfield Baptist Church, Paine College, KEY Military Sorority and and many more.
This years event is “new and improved” for teens ages 13 – 19 years old.
